Assembly Connection Terminal

The TUK series combination binding clamp uses the frame type bolt wiring structure. The design conforms to IEC60947-1, GB/T14048.1 and JB/T9659.4 standard. This product applies to AC 50Hz~60Hz, rated voltage 800V, DC440V and below, rated section 0.75~150mm2, end passes through the special processing proof or the compression connection tubular reason using round copper connection.

1. Scientific structure and convenient installation design: you do not have to attach the spring contour plate, because of the combination of reasonable structure and the elastic nylon material, hence, facilitated and universal installment in G type or TH type guide rail. 50mm2 and above require the reinforcement of appendix installment.

2. TUK series terminal row features small volume, wide range of specifications and connectable sections.

3. With fine electrical conductivity, that below 50mm2 uses the coppery press line frame and the coppery fastening screw, and that above 50mm2 uses the coppery press line and the copper bolt resulting in high tighten moment of force.

Normally Applied Condition

1.1    Ambient air temperature: upper limit +40℃, lower limited-25℃.

1.2     Install place height: below 2000m above sea level

1.3     Atmosphere condition:

When the maximum temperature is 40℃ ,the relative humidity cannot surpass 50%; Under lowed temp­erature, greater relative humidity is permitted, e.g. when it’s 20℃, the relative humidity may be  90%, but, while the temperature changes, on the product congeals the dew,  measures must be taken.

1.4     Pollution Grade: 3.

1.5     Install sort III

Note: if users should overstep the above normal used situation, they should negotiate with factory to solve the problem by making special order.

2.1     straight bottom guarantees the extremely thin wire is also to be contracted;

2.2     tires indentation can cut open the oxide layer for the sake of  good electric interlock;

2.3     Posts are designed with self-locking function, preventing the bolt from loosen, and guaranteeing the anti-knocking property.
