Rt16 Series knife contactor fuse

RT16 (NT) Knife contact fuse protector (Cartridge Fuse) is a new fuse protector designed by our company and features small size, light weight, low consumption and high breaking capacity, and etc.

Cartridge Fuse is widely used for overload protection and short-circuit protection of electric device. The series products are divided into "gG" and "aM" type; "gG" is a ordinary fuse protector with full range of breaking capacity, while "aM" is the fuse protector for the protection of motor with partial breaking capacity. 

Cartridge Fuse conforms to GB 13539 and IEC 60269 standards; its technical indicators have reached international advanced level.

Scope of application:

Cartridge Fuse is suitable for AC 50Hz , rated voltage up to 5000V, and rated current to 1600A. lt is mainly used in the electric installation for protecting circuit from overload and short circuit (gG/GL); it also may derive for protecting the semiconductor device and others complete set installment from short-circuit(aR)as well as the electric motor from short-circuit.  The rated breaking capability for this series fuse is up to 120KA. This series fuse conforms to national standard GB13539 and International electrical  committee standard IEC60269.

Fuse-carrier：Mainly used to assemble and change RT16 senes low-voltage high breaking fuses in the circuit of  rated voltage up to 1000V.
