RSF-250 500 800 1000 Series Fuse for The Protection of Semiconductor Device

Scope of application:

RSF series fuse for the protection of semiconductor device is suitable in circuit of AC 50Hz (or 60Hz), rated voltage 250V-1000V, rated current 30A-5000A. The chief effect is to protect against short circuit or rectifier diode transistor and the complete sets of converter equipment which is consisted of semiconductor parts, and overload for the basic not permit over current. It has high rated capacity, high diconnecting ability, quick fuse speed, limit current, low over-voltage, low loss of rated power, small volume, easy to install, safety, reliable and clear indicating after fused and etc.
