The products are mainly used to control switching on/off of power supply of storage battery car, electric forklift, electric winch, electric car, excavator, and air conditioners in vehicles.
This DC contactor adopts modular design. As required by our customer, various numbers of contacts can be assembled. While assembling the contactor, nut of terminal screws in main and control circuit are installed differently. The tighten torque for the former is 4~5N.m while the latter is 1~1.5N.m.
The transverse blowing magnetic field quenches if the maximum open circuit voltage should reach 220VDC. Driving circuit power for coil must be no less than coil power; otherwise, it will reduce cutting capacity of product. This product is applicable to the programmable power supply or uninterrupted power supply system in forklifts, electric vehicles, and other engineering machinery system.
This DC contactor is non-waterproof. Please don’t place it in water, solvent, oil or other environment that may contact with the shell or terminal. Otherwise, it may cause abnormal heating due to dirty terminal or the burn-in of shell or corrosion. This series of products contact breaking high voltage. Continuous applied voltage should not exceed the maximum permission voltage. Otherwise, abnormal heating of coil will shorten the life of insulating coating.
