Our tubings are available in 293 to 575 degrees F operating temperature, 800 to 3500 V per mil dielectric strength, and various shrink ratios. Features vary depending on types and may include temperature, chemical, UV, and abrasion-resistant, peelable, and non-flammable properties.

Heat-shrink tubing from Yinglang can be supplied with an inside diameter ranging from 3/64ths of an inch to 6 inches. Length options range from 4-foot pieces all the way up to 1,000-foot spools. Due to its unique benefits, heat shrinkable tubing has the ability to maintain high flexibility even at low temperatures, meet stringent international specifications, and operate at a wide range of temperatures. It’s also resistant to many chemicals, including diesel and petrol.

Heat shrinkable tubing from Yinglang provides a state of the art method for the application of a tight, protective covering to items that will be subjected to the extremes of heat, corrosion, shock, moisture, and other harsh environmental conditions. Heat-shrink tubing is resistant to ultraviolet radiation, and its wide range of hue options allows for the color-coding of wires. Some varieties are highly flexible, and it’s typically puncture-resistant.

Provided in an expanded state, DRS & HST heat shrinkable tubing “shrink wraps” intricate and irregular shapes with a simple application of heat. The result is a protective covering that greatly extends life, increases reliability, and improves performance of the covered components and parts used in thousands of applications. DRS & HST heat shrink tubing is suitable for different applications including bulb encapsulation, seamless composite release aid, insulation, packaging, and wire splicing. This tubing serves the general industrial, medical, aerospace, oil and gas, and automotive markets.

DRS & HST heat shrink tubing is frequently used to insulate wires, providing abrasion resistance and environmental protection for stranded and solid wire conductors, connections, joints, and terminals. It also can be used to repair the insulation on wires or bundle them together in order to protect them or small parts from abrasion and environmental factors. In some areas this heat shrink tubing is also used in mechanical applications.

Certifications included but are not limited to MIL SPEC, UL, CSA and RoHS. If required, heat-shrink tubing supplied by National Plastics and Seals can meet major commercial and military specifications.
