Overview

XETFAN plastic strain clamps are characterized by its high mechanical stability and climatic resistance. This plastic anchoring clamp is designed to hold insulated low-voltage ABC (Aerial Bundled Conductors) cable with insulated neutral messenger as well as multiple conductors. It comprises a bracket supporting one or two anchoring clamps.

First of all, XETFAN plastic strain clamp features in its excellent insulation. The cable gripping device is made of insulating material, namely, nylon plus fiber glass, which means double insulation protection for the neutral core and prevents the sheath from any damage.

Secondly, two blocks are compressed on the end of the tail or tongue, which could be made of stainless steel or high strength aluminum alloy. This connection allows secured parts and an easier locking on the body of the clamp.

Thirdly, no tools required, this clamp holds preassembled retention beams and concentric conductors. Open the screw, put conductors into grooves, and tighten the shear head nut. It is capable of supporting up to 200 kg efforts.

Finally, it is in accordance with NFC 33-041, ASTM G26, IEC61284. UL/CSA is also listed. Dimensions could be varified for easier handling. Its design allows the self-adjusting retaining wire bundles up to a diameter of 22 mm. It is possible for a driver to shift up to 15 degrees.
