The internationally recognized screw connection meets the most stringent requirements and covers a wide area of application. It has also proven itself in the wiring of large conductors.

The UK universal screw terminal block series has the typical features which are decisive for practical applications. Made from engineering flaming resistant nylon PA66 with brass conductor,  and with universal foot which can be installed on Din Rail NS 35, it can connect two conductors with ease, even large conductors are not a problem.

For electric distribution both fixed bridges in the terminal center and insertion bridges in the clamping space can be used. All types of accessories are available: End cover, End Stopper, Partition plate, Separating plate, Marker strip, Fixed bridge,Insertion bridge, and etc.

This series of products have significant features for actual applications:

■  These terminals have universal mounting feet and can be installed on U type guide rail of TH35-7.5 and G type guide rail of G32-15L/18. The enclosed type screw hole guarantees ideal operation of screwdriver

■  The terminals of multi sectional grades are equipped with unitive accessories such as terminal plate, grouping separator and so on

■  Electric potential distribution can be realized through the fixed bridgeware that is connected into center of terminal, or realized through the stde-insertion bridgeware that is connected into winng chamber.

■  Earth terminal and N line terminal that have the same configuration with common terminals

■  Adopt the identificabon system LZB...... which realize unification of identification

Spacer: Used for electrical isolation among the adjacent bridgeware, and can be inserted after being assembled.

Grouping partition: to separate the terminal groups, with two effects of visual grouping and electric separation.

Central type connector:  Used in the post central realization crosswise bridge joint, may divide. brings 10 bolts.

Universal high current terminals can be matched with conductors of 16~ 150mm in section area. We have taken the following effective measures to guarantee reliable wiring:

■   Basal area ofternunal wro damp is constructed in prism which makes sure that three points of conductor ts centering.

■The basal face of wire clamp is constructed with groo­ves, after the wiring is finished, please make sure that the surface in contact has an enclosed and insulated housing that is constructed with two parts and made of nylon 6.6. When making use of locked secondary spring that on the terminal, it is easy to install the terminal to guide rail that is in accordance with Th35- 7.5 or guide rail that is in accordance with G32-18.15L
