1. Safety Rules

First we want to thank you in advance for purchasing and using the equipment of Yinglang electrical. In order to ensure the correct and safe use of this product, please read the user manual before any operation.

1.1 Personnel Qualification

This test machine belongs to large precision equipment. The structure is complex, so, any slight carelessness can cause damage of the equipment or even personnel injury. Therefore, operators of this equipment must be professionally trained, and only the qualified can operate.

1.2 Security Considerations

1) The operating personnel must be able to receive safety education and training at any time, making them understand the importance of the various operating rules, and to test according to the safe operation rules.
2) During the test, the test bench, an element within the portal touch note cannot be touched, either can the voltage output terminal, lest an electric shock be produced.
3) While testing the large current, arc burns should be paid attention to. Whether it be in the middle of the test or after, the disassemble or removal of the sample(s) should also be carried out with care so as not to get burned.
4) Test bench of current is intimately related with the trial operation. Pay attention to the use of touch screen, and do not force it open or touch it with hard objects.
5) When it is on, the working staff must be present at the test bench, and any temporary absent should be prohibited. When a mini Circuit Breaker (MCB) is tested or during operation, the power of the test bench must be turned off if the staff must leave.
6) In case of any testing failure, the operator must immediately shut off the power, and please make sure of the professional maintenance. Non-professional personnel mustn’t be in charge of the maintenance.
7) Maintenance must be conducted on a regular basis so as to send qualitative inspection results by metrological verification. Verification cycles are usually for one year.
8) This equipment should be connected to reliable grounding.

2. Unpacking ＆ Installation

2.1 To Open a Wooden Case

Test bench is generally packed in wooden cases, which should be careful unpacked. After the packing breakage is found, please check the equipment appearance whether there is any visible deformation or damage. If there is any damage, please inform our company namely the aftersales service. Try to keep the packing cases in order to evaluate the reason of the caused damage. At the same time, our customer service will get down to repair or replace the damaged one with a new one for you.

2.2 The Installation of The Test Bench

2.2.1 When selecting the installation position of test bench, you want to consider the following:
(1) To be away from flammable or easy corrosion chemicals;
(2) To be away from heat source, humidifier, or water, etc., and to avoid direct sunlight;
(3) To be away from strong electromagnetic interference sources and obvious vibration and shock;
(4) This machine works well amidst ventilated environment. The requirement of no dust should be met as possible as you can.
(5) Its back, placed against the wall, must be at least one meter away, in order to keep the test bench cool and in good maintenance.

2.3 To Test and Rig the Wiring

1) Confirm test input power AC 380 V (1 + / - 10%), 50 Hz + 1 Hz.
2) Confirm acuity and the input power cord wire diameter must be 2.5 mm2.
3) The grounding line must be installed to meet the requirements.
4) When testing and rigging, power must be connected to a separate protection switch. There should be a device to indicate where it's easy to operate. Once emergent accident happens, make sure you can immediately shut off the power to stop the processing.

3.1 Product Overview

The test bench consists of electronic constant current instrument, contactor, relay, step motor, high precision instrument and other components. Controlled by computer program, it can test the current characteristic automatically. 3.2 Equipment Function

The DZ47-125 series miniature circuit breaker (MCB) standard calibration machine complies with GB14048.2-2008 and it targets for the standard performance test of miniature series of circuit breakers.

3.3 Equipment Working Environment

1) Working temperature ranges from 5 to 40℃, and the daily average temperature shouldn’t be more than 35 ℃.
2) Relative humidity: when the temperature is below 25 ℃, maximum relative humidity should be 80%. When the temperature is 40 ℃, relative humidity should decrease to 50%.
3) Pollution levels: level 2.
4) Altitude: it should not be installed 2000m above the sea level.
5) Other ambient conditions of the work place: there should be no significant mechanical vibration. It functions better without a large amount of dust or corrosive gas. Avoid strong electromagnetic interference and other interference.
