Low-voltage Electrical Assembly Technology

Automatic assembly technology is adopted for key parts with large production volume and strict technical requirements, such as thermal magnetic releases and iron cores for control appliances. Online testing equipment for the production process is the main gap between China's low-voltage electrical equipment manufacturing level and that of foreign countries. It is the main reason that affects the quality stability and consistency of electrical appliances, and is also the direction of future technological development. When manual wiring (non-model, mold wiring), it should meet the requirements of straightness, neatness, close to the laying surface, reasonable wiring and no loose contacts for easy maintenance.

1. The routing channels should be as few as possible. The sinking conductors in the same channel should be classified and concentrated according to the main and control circuits. The single layers should be closely packed or bundled in parallel, and should be closely attached to the laying surface.

2. The length of the wire should be as short as possible, and can be crossed horizontally, such as the connection between the two component coils, the connection between the main contacts of the connection, etc., without leaving a certain margin, it may not be close to the laying surface.

3. The wires on the same plane should be consistent in height or consistent, and cannot be crossed*. When it must be handed over, it can be crossed horizontally, but it must be reasonably routed.

4. The wiring should be horizontal and vertical, and the changing direction should be vertical 90°.

5. If the upper and lower contacts are not under the same vertical line, they should not be connected with diagonal lines.

6. When the wire is connected to the terminal or the wire pile, the insulation layer, the reverse loop and the exposed copper should be no more than 1mm. And keep the distance between the wires of different contacts of the same component and the same loop consistent.

7. The number of connecting wires on a terminal of an electrical component shall not exceed two, and only one connecting wire on each terminal board is generally allowed.

8. When wiring, it is strictly prohibited to damage the insulation of the core and the conductor.

9. When the cross-sectional area of the wire is different, this will place the larger cross-sectional area in the lower layer and the smaller cross-sectional area in the upper layer

10. When wiring multiple wires (main circuit), the whole should be on the same level or

The same vertical plane. 11. No coding sleeve if the circuit is simple.
